Systems biology to predict drivers of cardiac differentiation and fibrosis

The heart’s form changes substantially through development and disease, yet how this is controlled by molecular networks is unclear. In this talk, I will present our computational and experimental systems biology research on cardiac differentiation and fibrosis. These studies identify pathways and drugs that have potential towards cardiac disease.
