Pulmonary vascular dynamics: rise and fall of SMC clones
The presentation will discuss vascular remodeling in the context of pulmonary hypertension. It will focus on cellular and molecular mechanisms that regulate expansion of smooth muscle cells down the pulmonary arteriole in disease as well as regression of this pathological hypermuscularization.
